Description

An 8kb EcoRI genomic fragment containing the entire dpp coding sequence and intron of the RE transcript species. The triple HA epitope is inserted in-frame as a NotI fragment into an engineered NotI site positioned between C486 and T487 of the dpp coding sequence.
