Transgenic construct used to study the requirements for amplification of the third chromosome chorion gene cluster. Contains (5' to 3'): w+mC marker - a gypsy insulator - nucleotides 130-272 of the ACE3 amplification control element - nucleotides 1-560 of the Ori-β origin of replication - a gypsy insulator.
