Description

The eve stripe 3/7 enhancer is fused 5' to a 267bp sub-fragment of the ind enhancer, encompassing the distal half of "module B", which is fused upstream of a minimal eve promoter, which is fused to lacZ. The ind enhancer is situated downstream of ind and Rpn12R on chromosome 3.
