Description

A E(spl)mα-BFM enhancer and a minimal Hsp70 promoter drive expression of the DsRed(T4) fluorescent protein tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)). The E(spl)mα-BFM enhancer is a 1kb BamHI-XhoI fragment corresponding to -1083 to -71 of the E(spl)mα-BFM upstream region.
