Description

P{RMCE.GFP+} represents a transgenic construct generated in vivo by using phiC31:int-mediated recombination to replace the attP cassette of a P{UAS.RMCE.w+} insertion with the enhancer trap cassette from the piB-GFP donor plasmid. The enhancer trap cassette is composed of a minimal Hsp70 promoter, the EGFP reporter and an SV40 tail.
