Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of ci coding sequences in which the 1st and 3rd phosphorylation sites have been mutated (amino acid replacements S838A and S892A). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal with a composite 3xTag:FLAG/3xTag:HA tag and at the C-terminal with a Tag:MYC tag.
