Description

The endogenous dsh promoter (2.9kb of genomic sequences from upstream of the dsh gene) drives expression of dsh, in which eight of the S/T residues have been mutated (amino acid replacements S236A, S237A, S239A, S240A, S244A, S247A, T242A, T245A). The dsh sequence is tagged at the 3' end with EGFP.
