Description

hh intron sequence (the sequence that is deleted in the hhbar3 mutant) is fused upstream of a truncated hsp70 promoter driving lacZ expression. The coordinates of the hh sequence are bases 6053-7938 relative to the location of the P{PZ}hhP30 insertion site.
