Description

hh intron sequence (a portion of the sequence that is deleted in the hhbar3 mutant) in which all three Ets domain binding sites have been mutated is fused upstream of a truncated hsp70 promoter driving lacZ expression. The coordinates of the hh sequence are bases 6253-6455 relative to the location of the P{PZ}hhP30 insertion site.
