Description

The Dl coding region truncated at the end of 'ESYDSVTFDA', fused to a mutated version of the Hsap\LDLR internalisation signal (GSRLRNINSINFDNPVYQRTT -> GSRLRNINSINADaavaQRTT (mutated residues in lower case)) followed by six tandem copies of the epitope tag Tag:MYC, is separated from UAS sequences by an FRT cassette containing y+t7.7 and Rnor\Cd2 sequences transgenes.
