UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of amino acids 531-1751 of the scrib product (which therefore lacks the leucine-rich repeats (LRR)) containing the Tag:Myr(Src42A) myristoylation sequence at the NH[[2]]-terminus and a COOH-terminal GFP tag.
