Description

Transgenic construct used to study a Polycomb response element (PRE). Contains a y+mDint2 marker allele, gypsy insulator sequence (to protect the y+mDint2 marker from silencing), a 661bp sequence containing the core region of the bxd PRE, an Hsp26-lacZ reporter and a mini-w gene.
