Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a portion of Lmon\actA which contains four "FP4" motifs (this is a binding motif for ena protein). A Tag:M(hHRAS) fragment is fused downstream of the Lmon\actA fragment. The Lmon\actA sequences are tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
