UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\CDNF. The signal sequence of Hsap\CDNF has been replaced with honeybee mellitin signal sequence. 6 extra N-terminal and 9 extra C-terminal amino acid residues have been introduced during cloning process.
