UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of sns, in which six candidate sites for phosphorylation of tyrosine have been mutated (amino acid replacements Y1152F, Y1162F, Y1186F, Y1233F, Y1247F and Y1255F). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with a single Tag:HA tag.
