Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an EcoRI-NotI fragment encoding amino acids 1-347 of the ninaE product. A linker sequence encoding 3 glycine residues is included upstream of the NotI site. The EGFP sequence, flanked by NotI and XbaI sites, is inserted downstream of the ninaE and linker sequences.
