Description

A polyubiquitin promoter drives expression of EGFP fused to the Tag:PH(hPLCD1) sequence. Used to monitor the distribution and level of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2) within the cell.

The construct is used to monitor phosphoinositide distribution, with the Hsap\PLCD1 PH domain being specific for PI(4,5)P2.
