Reference

Reporter expression is first observed at embryonic stage 11 in fusion competent myoblasts of the somatic and visceral mesoderm. By stage 15, expression is seen in the somatic and visceral musculature. At stage 17, expression is also observed in the mesoderm of the gonads.
