Description

A genomic fragment containing the Tgs1 gene and the genomic region containing Ada2a and Polr2D, but with a four nucleotide insertion into an SpeI site at +971, which results in a stop codon in Ada2a after amino acid 227 (this does not interfere with translation of Polr2D).
