Description

UASt sequences drive expression of CycE cDNA sequence isolated from CycEWX flies; this produces a protein in which the last 91 amino acids of the wild-type CycE gene product are changed to 31 new amino acids (thus the expressed protein lacks the conserved LTPP destruction box).
