PBac{5pBlueEye.hsp70-PBac\T} is generated by piggyBac transposase mediated excision of the Avic\GFPEGFP.Hsp27,Disc\RFP3xP3.cHa component of PBac{BlueEye.hsp70-PBac\T.PBac.Hsp27-EGFP.RedEye}, which leaves behind a Tni\piggyBac\Ths.PK,Avic\GFPECFP.3xP3 component (this portion is represented by PBac{5pBlueEye.hsp70-PBac\T}). The PBac{5pBlueEye.hsp70-PBac\T} portion has only one pBac end it will thus be stably integrated into the genome.
