AvicGFPCFP.PPO1.F6 drives expression in both sessile and circulating crystal cells. The expression pattern is comparable to endogenous PPO1 gene expression. In mechanically stressed larvae, expression is also observed in crystal cells in the cortical zone of the lymph gland primary lobe.
