Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein in which the LA-1 domain of the E isoform of LpR2 has been inserted in between the signal peptide and LA-2 domain of the F isoform of LpR2. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
