The FRT cassette has been excised, allowing expression of the fusion protein composed of a mutated form of the dsx F isoform (contains the R91Q mutation, which is within the DNA-binding domain) fused at the C-terminal end to Tag:V5, Tag:MYC and Tag:Dam.
