Description

Six tandem repeats of a 20bp enhancer sequence that includes a TkR86C protein binding site (6bp E-box core and 7bp of 5' and 3' flanking sequences) is fused upstream of EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
