Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant form of Ubx in which the PDWL amino acid motif at position 277, the YPWM motif at position 240, and the tryptophans at position 212 and 103 have all been replaced by alanines and the entire C-terminal has been deleted. The construct is tagged with a Tag:HA epitope.
