A duplication of sequence from the fourth chromosome derived from the BACN05O16 BAC clone has been inserted into the PBac{y⁺-attP-3B}VK00033 docking site on the 3rd chromosome using phiC31-mediated recombination. The left end of the duplicated fragment is at coordinate 4:1267955 , release 5 and the right end is at either 1339036 or 1326054, release 5.
