Description

Transgenic construct used to study the mechanism of translation of the dicistronic Adh-Adhr mRNA. Contains GMR regulatory sequences, the EGFP coding sequence, the intergenic spacer normally located between the two open reading frames of the dicistronic Adh-Adhr locus (with the polyadenylation signal mutated from AATAAA to AACAAA) and the w coding sequence.
