Description

Transgenic construct used to study the mechanism of translation of the dicistronic Adh-Adhr mRNA. Contains GMR regulatory sequences, the EGFP coding sequence, a mutant version of the intergenic spacer normally located between the two open reading frames of the dicistronic Adh-Adhr locus (lacks the region corresponding to the 3' UTR of Adh) and the w coding sequence.
