Description

UASp regulatory sequences are fused upstream of the osk transcription unit (including introns and UTR sequences). The osk 3'UTR has been mutated such that it contains two consecutive A bases in the dimerization loop, at nucleotide positions 768-769 of the 3'UTR sequence.
