Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a genetically encoded biosensor that can be used to visualize hypoxia in vivo. The biosensor is composed of EGFP that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:ODD(HIF1A) oxygen-dependent degradation domain.
