Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the twe LD19391 cDNA, in which the sequence of each of the four destruction boxes has been mutated from RxxL to AxxA. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP. The endogenous twe 3'UTR is not present in this construct, SV40 3'UTR is present instead.
