Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, allowing the Act5C promoter to drive expression of a mutant form of pk lacking the C-terminal prenylation motif. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal with Tag:MYC, and has a Tag:CS(PSP) cleavage site followed by a Tag:HA tag within a non-conserved region near its C-terminus.
