Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of full-length stumps carrying amino acid substitutions Y515F, Y613F, Y629F, Y844F, Y891F, Y914F, Y930F, Y988F, and Y1009F. In addition, to conserved prolines in each of the two motifs containing Y844 and Y891 have been mutated to alanines. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
