Reference

The jing reporter is expressed in multiple cells within most tracheal branches in stage 14 embryos. It is also detected in fusion cells at stage 15. In stage 14 embryos, reporter expression is detected in midline glial cells and in a group of cells thought to be the median neuroblast and its progeny or the posterior midline glial cell.
