Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Obp49a, followed by the Tag:MYC tag, a transmembrane domain (Tag:TM(hPDGFRB)) to tether it to the membrane, a 116 amino acid residue flexible EV linker and YFP(2), a non-fluorescent split fluorescent protein fragment. Designed to be used in a protein fragment fluorescence complementation assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
