UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Gr64a coding sequence tagged at the N-terminal end with YFP(1), a non-fluorescent split fluorescent protein fragment. Designed to be used in a protein fragment fluorescence complementation assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
