Description

UAS regulates expression of Manf containing amino acid changes K43A, K45A and R95A (N-terminal Mutant Group 2, NMG2) - selected positively charged lysines and an arginine of this surface amino acid group are replaced with neutral alanines to disrupt putative lipid interactions in the cell membrane.
