Description

A 1111bp deletion that removes the promoter and first exon of the brp-170 protein isoform has been introduced into the brp gene. This results in only the brp-190 protein isoform being produced by this construct. A mCherry tag has been introduced into exon 13 of the brp sequence between amino acid residues 1388 and 1389.
