Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a truncated SCAR cDNA lacking the first 118 amino acids, that is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC and N-YFP (the N-terminal 1-173aa of YFP). Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay.
