UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the CLIPf-tag chemical reporter. This protein forms a covalent bond with benzylcytosine derivatives, allowing rapid, irreversible and specific chemical tagging of the protein. The protein is tagged with Tag:M(hCD4) (a membrane-targeting tag).
