Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of shg coding sequences tagged at the C terminal with a tension-sensing module comprises the mTFP1 and Venus fluorescent proteins separated by a nanospring protein domain from spider silk. This is a control construct as the C-terminus of shg does not participate in force transduction.
