UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of mutated Pen cDNA sequence which contains mutations in both the large NLS-binding site (amino acid replacements W135A, N139A, W177A, N181A, W220A and N224A) and in the small NLS-binding site (amino acid replacements W346A, N350A, W388A and N392A).
