FlyBase Recombinant Construct Report: P{UAS-CD8(FRT.GFP)RFP}

UAS regulatory sequences are followed by the Mmus\Cd8a membrane domain and an FRT cassette containing the GFP coding region. The cassette is followed by the mRFP(Unk) coding region. In the absence of FLP recombinase a Mmus\Cd8a-GFP fusion protein is expressed under the control of the UAS regulatory sequences.
