Description

The FRT3 cassette has been excised from P{CoinFLP-GAL4}. The transcriptional stop sequence is still present, preventing expression of GAL4. No further FLP-mediated recombination can occur, as removal of the FRT3 cassette excises one of the FRT sites present in P{CoinFLP-GAL4}.
