Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of cDNA sequences corresponding to the 28th and 29th EGF-like repeats, the trans-membrane region, the cytoplasmic tail and the 3' UTR of a mutant crb tagged with Tag:HA. The putative RNKR ER-export motif is mutated to MNEP.
