Description

A MED26 cDNA (RE09558) fused with an N-terminal Tag:FLAG tag is expressed under the control of a 2-kb Ubi-p63E promoter. A premature stop codon in RE09558 is corrected by overlap PCR. FRT sites flank the Tag:FLAG-tagged MED26 cDNA allowing generation of genetic mosaics by FLP recombinase.
