Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein in which the extension domain (ED) and LA1 domain of the E isoform of LpR2 (from Leu170 to Thr232) are inserted between the signal peptide and LA2 domain of the F isoform of LpR2. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
