Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Toll-7 in which two conserved residues critical for the function of the TIR domain have been mutated (mutations are E1121R in the BB loop and R1134E in the αA helix). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with a tag cassette composed of Tag:FLAG, 3xTag:HA, and 10xHIS.
