Description

The sna coding region in the CH322-18I14-1 BAC has been replaced with y and 24 repeats of the Tag:MS2 stem loop. The 5'UTR and 3'UTR of sna are still intact and the upstream shadow enhancer is present. The primary enhancer has been 'deleted': the native sequences have been replaced by neutral sequences of a similar size.
